Mental Wellness Under Quarantine
Learn about chronic stress, resilience, and different types of meditation.
We’ve all been impacted by COVID-19 in one way or another, and the disruption to our schedules/routines can cause us to “lose it” a little (or in some cases a lot). That’s why our brilliant partners at Healbright have custom-crafted this new course – Mental Wellness Under Quarantine – to help ease the anxiety, fear, and stress caused by the coronavirus pandemic and its many uncertainties/inconveniences. And it’s completely free to all Sonic Boom members through April 30, 2020.
The future of COVID-19 (and this self-isolation period) remains unknown, and that can be stressful in more ways than one. Fortunately, the experts at Healbright know a whole lot about how to help us navigate the resulting emotions and build resilience in the process. This custom course compiles clips from clinical psychologists and provides a variety of exercises that you (and your loved ones) can do from the comfort of your homes. It focuses on stress and resilience, offering more than a dozen practices designed to calm the nervous system and reduce stress.
