Course Description

Enclosed are our most popular pre-packaged Featured contests, each with templated contest copy, email templates, a promotional poster, Contest-banner image, and Smart Card image.

Here’s how to get what you need:

  1. Browse through the At-a-Glance Catalog
  2. Once you find the Contest that you want, take note of the item name and find it in the left-hand list
  3. Click DOWNLOAD
  4. Go to the CONTESTS page in the Sonic Boom portal and click CREATE (under "Add a contest")
  5. Select a category and type of activity, or use the "Custom" option to set up your own activity type
  6. Add contest details using the pre-packaged templated content (e.g., title, image, start/end date, etc.)
  7. Set up your optional email communications (and reminders) within the Admin portal using the templated email content
  8. Invite people to participate (or auto-enroll participants)!

Note: If you'd like to make changes to any of these materials (e.g., add your logo, change a date), ask your Client Success Manager to send you the working file. Please include the item name (found in these two places) in your request.
