2025 Open Enrollment: November 4-15, 2024
Hello TI Fluid Systems Employees! Welcome to the 2025 Open Enrollment Period and thanks for checking out our Sonic Boom digital guide to Open Enrollment, which covers key topics and reminders about the benefits we offer. The website is designed to be a resource to help you navigate your health care options, learn what's new this year, familiarize yourself with our benefits packages and ensure your Open Enrollment experience is a success.
REMEMBER, this is the only time you can make changes to your benefit elections for 2024. All of your current benefit elections will carry over to the new year if no action is taken, with the exception of Purchased Vacation. Any 2024 Purchased Vacation elections will end December 31, 2024. You must re-elect these benefits if you want them to continue in 2025.
